Return the completed form to Lutwyche Windsor Kindergarten & Preschool along with the non-refundable application fee of $20.

Please return by email (admin@lwkp.com.au), by post (ADMIN 14 Lucas Street, Lutwyche Q 4030) or place in the locked silver letterbox located on the front wall of the kindy. A receipt will be emailed to you when the application has been processed.
